As our family comes from Denmark, and we have been blessed with eco-friendly Scandinavian architecture, since first meeting Jorn Utzon way back in the 60s, where he was a trailblazer in even social housing projects.
You gotta start somewhere before you can enter the world stage, of designing Australia’s Incredible, Opera House, at Circular Quay, Sydney Harbour!
So looking at the eco-designed affordable housing from around the world, makes you realize the unrealistic hope of finding eco-friendly and affordable homes, either to buy as a complete project home or go the kit home way and either owner built or getting a local licensed builder to do the building for you, is not as simple and as affordable as one may have hoped and prayed for!
We found it rather disappointing that when it comes to eco-architecture or even modular foldable housing, most companies are pricing themselves out of the affordable housing bracket.
So we had to get our thinking going “outside the box” type of thinking, to be able to make it all worthwhile for these unique home design to become reality for the many conscientious kit home and container home buyers, looking for affordable housing with an eco-friendly overtone and a modular kit home solution for Australia and beyond.
